Online registration for the event will open in June 2018. Pre-registration is recommended to ensure your place at the Conference. You are invited to periodically check this webpage to be updated on the latest news and information on ECAMP13 2019.

On-site registration will be possible but it is not recommended; availability for social events is not guaranteed for on-site registered participants.

Registration is mandatory for all oral and posters presenters.
Registration to the Conference is compulsory in order to present an abstract and must be completed by 31 March 2019.

The secretariat will be open from Monday, April 8th at 8.00 AM.

Nota per la fatturazione alle pubbliche amministrazioni italiane

Non è possibile effettuare iscrizioni per i dipendenti delle Pubbliche Amministrazioni tramite il portale on-line ma soltanto offline a mezzo email
Per poter ricevere fattura intestata ad un ente pubblico ed emessa con SCISSIONE DI PAGAMENTO (addebito dell’IVA in fattura alla P.A.) dovrà essere fornito obbligatoriamente, oltre ai dati fiscali dell’Ente, il codice univoco PA (Identificazione Pubbl. Ammin.) di 6 caratteri alfanumerici attribuito ad ogni singola unità organizzativa (UO) ed ogni altra eventuale informazione che l’Ente stesso ritenga necessaria ed opportuna per facilitare l’identificazione del pagamento del servizio come da norma della fatturazione elettronica.

Per poter usufruire invece dell’esenzione IVA ai sensi dell’art. 10 del DPR 633/72 come modificato dall’art. 14, comma 10 della legge 24 dicembre 1993 n. 537, dovrà essere inviata, una dichiarazione scritta (contenente tutti i dati fiscali dell’Ente, oltre al codice univoco PA) in cui si specifichi che il dipendente (indicare nome e cognome) per cui viene richiesta l’iscrizione è autorizzato a frequentare l’evento per aggiornamento professionale; oltre ad ogni altra eventuale informazione che l’Ente stesso ritenga necessaria ed opportuna per facilitare l’identificazione del pagamento del servizio come da norma della fatturazione elettronica.

In mancanza di tale dichiarazione o del codice univoco PA dovrà essere il dipendente ad anticipare l’importo dovuto, e poi richiederne il rimborso al proprio Ente. In questo caso la fattura con IVA inclusa verrà intestata al partecipante. Non verranno accettate richieste di modifica delle fatture già emesse o di rimborso dell’IVA versata dopo il termine del congresso.

VISA Information

For some nationalities, a Visa is required in order to enter Italy. 
Foreign participants should contact the Italian Embassy or Consulate in their home country to determine their particular Visa requirements.
Participants requiring Visas should initiate the application process at least 3 months prior to their departure date.
The Organizing Secretariat OIC is not able to assist participants with their Visa application and cannot intervene with Embassies or Consulates on behalf of any participant.

Letter of Invitation (for Visa Application)

To request a Visa invitation letter please send an e-mail to OIC at

Only participants fully registered in the Conference can obtain a personal invitation letter and only once the full payment of the registration fee is received.

Relevant expenses for hardcopy of the invitation letter sent by express courier must be paid the in advance.
Please note that the Visa invitation letter only aims at assisting participants who need to obtain a Visa or permission to attend the Conference and it is not a commitment from the organisers to cover any kind of expenses or to provide any financial support. All expenses incurred in relation to the conference remain the sole responsibility of the participant.

Please note that your registration cannot be processed without payment. Please submit your payment information together with the completed registration form. You may pay by credit card or bank transfer (see details below). We strongly encourage online registration (credit card payment only).

Off-line registrations and requests of pro-forma invoices sent by fax or email are subject to an additional € 19,00 administration charge. 
Any request of modification on VAT number or billing address after the issuing of the invoice incurs a € 30,00 administration charge.

Cancellation and Refunds

Any change or cancellation in connection with registration fees and social events must be made in writing to O.I.C. srl, Fax +39 055 5035230, E-mail

  • For cancellations received by March 11 2019, the paid amount will be refunded with a deduction of 70% that will be invoiced as penalty. 
  • No refund will be processed for cancellations received after March 11 2019

Should you have any special request regarding the invoice, kindly let us know while submitting your application. 

Should a delegate not attend the congress, for whatever reasons, no further claims for reimbursement or waiving of fees can be made
